Hello, EmmaCoop, and welcome to Wikipedia! I am Kudpung and I would like to make you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, and offer you some tips. However, I strongly urge you not to run for adminship just yet. !Voters at RfA tend to look for at least several thousand edits over a period of at least ~9 months, good communication skills, and a broad range of experience around the site; I applaud your enthusiasm, but I'm afraid that with only around 800 edits, you are not ready to become an administrator at this time. There are still plenty of ways you can help and all the blue words are clickable links to great things for you to explore. You must also read : Advice for younger editors

Are you ready for RfA?

Hi JCRules. I've had a glance through your contributions. I'm afraid that, no, you're not ready for RfA at the moment. Unfortunately, the community has a high standard regarding adminship, as was mentioned at my page - they look for candidates who've been around for a while and have a lot of experience in many areas of the encyclopedia. There are many editors out there who have tens of thousands of edits, so 800 or so doesn't "feel" like a lot. I'd suggest you put adminship out of your mind until you have a several thousand edits. I also notice that the majority of edits are to your userspaces. Whilst you've done some admirable work there, you'll need to do more article writing, and try to explore areas in wikipedia space. Do feel free to come back if you've got any questions - I'm often about, and as you've seen I've got lots of people helping out at my talk page. WormTT · (talk) 08:43, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

Some thoughts

Have you read Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors? It can give you a lot of useful information. If you have any questions on this information or anything about Wikipedia, please feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. If you would like any assistance or guidance on why certain things work, or what you can do to help you can also contact me. I also run an adoption program which could help you become a good editor. In addition, I moved User:Health4Kids Campaign to User:JCRules/Health4Kids Campaign. Ryan Vesey Review me! 16:02, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

You can remove this notice at any time - click on this section's [edit] link and remove the section.

It sounds like the site you are trying to cite once abused Wiki to self-promote and/or spam references to itself - if that happened recently they may not be able to whitelist it, in which case you might need to find an alternative source - happens sometimes, unfortunately, I imagine pharmacy websites are prime offenders of this (viagra, etc). Please don't forget to sign your talk page messages with ~~~~, also, it makes responding easier. Thanks, Ma®©usBritish [talk] 05:35, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Suggestion, change categories

To Whom it May Concern: Perhaps, you should not add yourself to categories regarding main article page content? May I suggest the following categories? Category:American Wikipedians & Category:Filipino Wikipedians. Wikipedians shouldn't add themselves to categories that are used to sort articles. Furthermore, perhaps you would be interested in WikiProject Asian Americans? --RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 18:22, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

I have restored the maintenance template on the above reference article which flags subjects that do not meet the general notability guidelines. Notability is not met, due to the lack of significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. Additionally, please do not use NNDB to support article content. The website is not a reliable source. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. Best regards, Cind.amuse (Cindy) 03:00, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
