- I kind of wanted to explain why it's up for AfD. From what I can tell, you are the owner of this house and wanted to write about it on Wikipedia. However I can't see where there's actually been any coverage of this house or where it's on any historical registries that would help establish it as a landmark. The thing is, a house existing or having stood for a very long period of time doesn't automatically make it notable per Wikipedia guidelines and you would need to provide coverage in reliable sources per WP:RS. The other thing that I do feel that I need to make sure that you are aware that making your house more visible does run a risk of making you and your family more visible, something that can mean less privacy for yourself and your family. I don't think that this is something that bothers you offhand, but it is something to take into consideration when publishing information (including GPS coordinates) about your private residence online that would make it possible for people to find out where you live and either write, call, or visit you without you having extended that invitation to them. [edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
