File copyright problem with File:Coat of arms pousada de saramagos.jpg
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Coat of arms pousada de saramagos.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. J Milburn (talk) 21:13, 18 August 2009 (UTC)
Lost University
[edit]Hi, We don't add a "disambiguation" (eg "(RPG)") until there actually is another article with the same title - it's simple enough to move things around later if it becomes necessary. So I've reverted your page move. PamD (talk) 08:12, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Yes, I will be glad to adopt you. I don't really edit much right now due to personal time constraints. I still sign in every day or two to check for questions. Burner0718 JibbaJabba! 19:03, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
- You can add this code, {{adoptee|Burner0718}}, to your user page to get this Burner0718 JibbaJabba! 19:12, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
- To add references to articles, you just do something like this, <ref>[http://www.cleveland.com/osu/index.ssf/2008/08/ohio_state_freshman_lamaar_tho.html cleveland.com Ohio State freshman Lamaar Thomas could challenge Brandon Saine for title of fastest Buckeye]</ref>. Notice the reference tags at the beginning and end. Then you add brackets, type in the url and add a brief description of the link. It should end up looking like this, [1]. I got that from the Brandon Saine article, who plays football at Ohio State University. I really don't know how to put user boxes on the left, I can help group them though (once you get more :)). This page should give some helpful info and a huge selection. I'm glad to help and please feel free to use my sandbox to practice anything. Burner0718 JibbaJabba! 00:01, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

The article Lost University has been proposed for deletion. The proposed-deletion notice added to the article should explain why.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- Wikipedical (talk) 20:15, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
[edit]Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 09:14, 6 November 2016 (UTC)
