Map images[edit]

Would you mind discussing your proposed changes in advance, before editing images such as Image:Somalia.png? Your previous changes did not make sense in the context that the map was being used (i.e., effects of the 2004 earthquake). -- Gyrofrog (talk) 19:09, 14 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

In Darod the sentence reads "...legendary Ahmed Grahn, the venerable Mad Mullah Somali nationalist Sayid Mohamed Abdulle Hassan". Who is the Mad Mullah referring to Ahmed Grahn or Sayid Mohamed Abdulle? The Mad Mullah redirects to Mohammed bin Abdullah so I assume that it's another name for Sayid Mohamed Abdulle, is that correct?

In Hawiye the sentence reads "Abdullahi Isse, the chairman of the Somali Youth League which fought for Somalian Independence and UN prime minister, 1949-1960 prior to independence." However, there is no such thing as a UN prime minister. So was he the PM of Somalia and representative to the UN? Thanks. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 23:23, 7 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
