Speedy deletion of The Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain 1999

Thanks for uploading Image:SunnycHan.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. Bad news...

I'm terribly sorry to inform you that your hard work on the article List of Pokémon has been reverted. You added the Chinese names of all Pokémon to the table. However, Wikipedia is not a fansite, and we can't just add anything to it. I mean, if we would allow Mandarin names, then we should also allow Cantonese names, German names, French names, Korean names, Brazilian names etc. It's pretty unimportant information, and would fit better on fansites like Bulbapedia (see here). Then why is Japanese and Romanised names allowed in that article, List of Pokémon?? If you take a look at the chinese version of [神奇宝贝列表], there are other types of names as well...Furthermore, if you are thinking that each type of versions can only include names of the same type (English version containing english names or whatsoever), then you are totally wrong...What you are trying to show to me is that, we should create 1 different language for each types of names for a particular entry, is that right?? Yep, this is the English Wikipedia, so we host the English Pokémon names. The Japanese names (and consequently their Romanized variants) are also included because they are the original ones. As I already said, if we would allow the Mandarin names, we should also allow all the other languages. And that would violate this important policy. Love, Face 18:07, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

Problem with your custom signature

You have a custom signature set in your account preferences. A change to Wikipedia's software has made your current custom signature incompatible with the software.

The problem: Your preferences are set to interpret your custom signature as wikitext. However, your current custom signature does not contain any wikitext.

The solutions: You can reset your signature to the default, or you can fix your signature.

2. Uncheck the box (☑︎→☐) that says "Treat the above as wiki markup."
3. Remove anything in the Signature: text box. (It might already be empty.)

Custom signature fix needed
