Request reason:

account blocked for wrongful name

My account KIKA GROUP marketingas was created in order to edit the page https://lt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kika I do now understand my account name does not fit in the guidelines of Wiki usernames. There was no intention of me providing wrongful or vandalism information on the provided Wiki page. KIKA GROUP is the mother company of KIKA, there was just intention to edit the current information. Please unblock so I could provide true and current information on this page. KIKA GROUP marketingas (talk) 07:07, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You are not blocked on this Wikipedia(though your username violates our username policy so you may be soon); you are blocked on the Lithuanian Wikipedia, which is a separate project. You will need to request unblock there using whatever process they have to do so. 331dot (talk) 09:07, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

On your user discussion page on Lithuanian Wikipedia (lt:Naudotojo_aptarimas:KIKA_GROUP_marketingas), you need to use this template to request an unblock: lt:Šablonas:Prašymas atblokuoti. You should also review Lithuanian Wikipedia's page on conflict of interest here: lt:Vikipedija:Interesų konfliktas.

As mentioned above, your username violates English Wikipedia's username policy. Accounts cannot be named after companies, organizations or groups of people. Accounts are for individual use only, never to be shared, and so the name must reflect individual use. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:27, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your username[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "KIKA GROUP marketingas", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, service, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are permitted to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you individually (not your role), such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, service, or website, regardless of your username. Please also read our paid editing policy and our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please request a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, choosing a username that complies with our username policy. Alternatively, you can just create a new account and use that for editing. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 15:19, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

May 2024[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Your account has been blocked from editing because your username gives the impression that the account represents a group, club, organization, company, or website. Your username is the principal reason for the block. You are welcome to continue editing after you have chosen a new username that complies with Wikipedia's username policy, which is summarized here.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable, regardless of the username that you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid or compensated in any way, you must disclose who is paying you to edit here. You may also read our FAQ for article subjects

Please take a moment to either create a new account, or request a username change of your current account here. The new username that you choose must represent you as an individual person, and it must comply with Wikipedia's username policy.
  • To create a new account with a different username, simply log out of this account and then click here to make a new one.
  • If you prefer to change the username on this account, you may do so by adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page (this page): {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Please note that the new username you choose cannot already be taken or in use by another account. You can go here to search and see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns that no global account with that username exists, that means it is available to be taken.

Please also note that you are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it also identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".

Appeals: If your username does not represent a group, organization, website, or other entity described above, and if you believe that this block was incorrect or made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
