The draft—and my own preliminary research—doesn't demonstrate that the festival meets our requirement that subjects receive significant coverage in multiple independent reliable sources.
Wikipedia aims for an encyclopedic tone; this draft's use of descriptors like "legendary," "vibrant," and "prestigious" miss the mark.
