A belated welcome![edit]

Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Kamleshguptaindia. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome! Muhandes (talk) 18:29, 13 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

July 2017[edit]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Amazon.com. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. - Tom | Thomas.W talk 12:03, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add soapboxing, promotional or advertising material to Wikipedia, as you did at Asus ZenFone, you may be blocked from editing. Areaseven (talk) 12:55, 13 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

September 2017[edit]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at University of Delhi. You've been warned several times already. Wikipedia is not a collection of newspaper article links. If you have facts to add to a page, go ahead and add them, and WP:CITE the newspaper article. By adding stray external links to reference sections you are just creating more work for other editors. Muhandes (talk) 18:39, 13 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for constantly adding external links (mostly to India Today) after being asked not to many times.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  —SpacemanSpiff 08:40, 26 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
