Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Matthew Riley, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. The tone of the article is far too promotional for an encyclopedia article; the presence of the maintenance templates may encourage other editors to improve it. You may find the guides to Your First Article and Writing Better Articles helpful. Also, if you have any connection with the subject, you should read Wikipedia's guideline on Conflict of Interest. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
