Notability of Ashwin Narkar

A tag has been placed on Ashwin Narkar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Pig Pen Cipher
[edit]Pig Pen Cipher is a [1] made by Kevin Surya. It is a good code made in [2] for secret purposes. It is used today by many students.
Pig Pen Cipher is a rare code yet common in Challenger School. I like to use Pig Pen Cipher alot.
No one knows how Pig Pen Cipher got its name.
I like [3] a lot too.
Pig Pen Cipher is a very good code and you should use it often.
