I just rolled back the image you attempted to place in the article. First, you attempted to send an image into the article directly from your computer, that won't work. You'll have to upload it to Wikiedia first.
Secondly, based on the directory on your computer you uploaded it from, you're either related to the subject of the article or you are the subject of the article, as such , you'll need to read WP:COI regarding what to do if you're related to the subject of an article, or if you have any conflict of interest whatsoever.
