User talk:Keshe Theory
No, that would not be appropriate. If you want to publish an article, please feel free to do so, but do not leave it in userspace and link to it. Please move it into articlespace, and see what reactions you get. Or you could ask active users at the portal I mentioned earlier, and see what feedback they give you. - Leave a little message (not the entire article) at Portal talk:Physics, and ask for feedback. They will be able to help you more than me. Bjelleklang - talk Bug Me 11:15, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Hello. You're probably best talking to people at Wikipedia:WikiProject Physics about this, rather than me specifically. Try their talk page. Mike Peel 15:47, 29 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I fear that this might fall under WP:NOR - original research is not permitted --Fritzpoll 22:11, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
- No, I'm afraid our peer review process is designed to work out how to improve articles. It does not in itself establish notability or correctness of the article. Your article would have to establish that it had been published in peer reviewed scientific hournals. Wikipedia does not conduct or allow publication of original research. Get it into to something like Phys. Rev. A or PRL, and wait for it to be published if you want your ideas to be seen. --Fritzpoll 08:37, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
- Incidentally, I looked at one of your references, and as a physicist myself, I am not impressed. This is not the definition of a scientific theory, it is not peer reviewed, significant chunks are missing, and there are just blanket statements. If you try to put this into an article, it will be speedily deleted. --Fritzpoll 08:47, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, but unless you can give a reference to a peer reviewed journal, this article will not be accepted into the encyclopaedia --Fritzpoll 21:12, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Original research
[edit]Please read this page: WP:OR to understand why you cannot publish your idea at Wikipedia. --ScienceApologist 04:22, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not the place to submit new ideas for review. You can try this site. --ScienceApologist 13:37, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Problems with your user page
[edit]Your user page (User:Keshe Theory) does not follow Wikipedia's guidelines. The guidelines at Wikipedia:User page specifically state that user pages may not be used for "extensive discussion not related to Wikipedia". Your user page is basically an article on the Keshe Theory. As noted by other people, this is inappropriate. However, as also noted by other people, this material would probably be deleted if it were turned into an actual Wikipedia article, as it is not supported by peer-reviewed research.
For these reasons, I suggest that you voluntarily erase your user page and delete the image as well. If you do not, I will nominate it for deletion at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion, and I will report the page to Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard. If and when the user page is deleted, I will also nominate the images for deletion. I am fairly certain that my actions will have broad support. I will give you until Tuesday 5 June to take action yourself. Please note that I would prefer to avoid a confrontation. Thank you, Dr. Submillimeter 22:51, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
- I have nominated your user page for deletion. You may comment at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Keshe Theory. Dr. Submillimeter 09:40, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
Restoration of the user page

Dr. Submillimeter 17:24, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
- Again, if User:Keshe Theory or another user would like the user page restored, please make a request at Wikipedia:Deletion Review. Please do not contact me again until the request is made. Dr. Submillimeter 17:01, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
