Proposed deletion of Canton of Guillon

As reviewing administrator, I fixed it up for you. Please do not just add crude machine translations of articles from another language Wikipedia. Revise them into readable English, making sure you get the right meaning of the words. If you do not know the language well enough to do this accurately, please do not attempt it.
