[edit]No, Clinton apologized for the error and admitted that he was wrong. There is no grand conspiracy theory here. Please stop adding your POV to the articles. --vi5in[talk] 13:13, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for Image:2279216914 c9c9bcbea2.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:2279216914 c9c9bcbea2.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 19:16, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of LTTE Anti-Muslim Program of 1990
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article LTTE Anti-Muslim Program of 1990, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Single sourced list of events without context or explanation
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. ttonyb1 (talk) 15:23, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Omni Flames. I noticed that in this edit to Bukhara, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Omni Flames (talk) 01:20, 12 July 2016 (UTC)

[edit]The title of a book is not sufficient. "The Golden Road to Samarkand" is the name of a poem. But I don't think that's what you meant. Please see WP:CITE. For books we need title, author, publisher, date published (not just reprinted) and page number. Thanks. I've reverted you partially because of that, but also because we have an article on the history of Bukhara. Doug Weller talk 09:54, 12 July 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. Doug Weller talk 10:02, 12 July 2016 (UTC)
Bukhara and History of Bukhara
[edit]Please read WP:SUMMARY. We already have an article on its history and there was a summary in the article until large amounts of history were added, ending up with an article on Bukhara which may have had more content on its history than "History of Bukhara" has. Disambiguation link notification for July 12
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
