Request reason:

As an independent researcher, I have a personal webpage to share my work. I used the name of that page as a username and linked to it in my description. My page is not a commercial interest. Yet, In understand that I should not have used the name or referenced the page. Please unblock my account as I would like to contribute to pages within my expertise and within the guidelines of Wikipedia.

Decline reason:

Your username choice seems acceptable, but your answer here does not jibe(at least to me) with your now-deleted user page where you use "us" and promoted your institute. Please review conflict of interest and paid editing, which you will need to comply with. Being unblocked will involve you agreeing to not edit about anything related to your conflict of interest; this includes your website or any content/subject matter it deals with. If that's something you are prepared to do, please indicate that in another unblock request and tell what subjects you want to edit about.
