Hello, Krishna Subrahmanyam, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Hello Krishna Subrahmanyam. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Krishna Subrahmanyam. Note that "paid editing" is not limited to specific payment for edits or being asked to edit. Any paid relationship triggers the disclosure requirement. Do you have any paid relationship with the company whatsoever? Even if not, you still have a conflict of interest and should disclose that. 331dot (talk) 10:47, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I met the founder through common circle. I took the initiative to write about the startup. I found interesting that a startup from tier 2 town of a remote place in India doing a good job. But the fact is we don't have any connect. Still if there is need I will disclose that. I myself told the founders the importance of being on wikipedia, like related startups in India. Yes, that is considered a conflict of interest that should be disclosed(see WP:COI). Typically an article is written without any communication with, or even the knowledge of, the subject. You have submitted it for a review and it is pending, but I don't think it likely to be accepted. It shouldn't describe the offerings of the company at all, but especially in a promotional manner("the AVERA Retrosa electric scooter is an ideal counterpart for people to switch towards zero carbon emission."). Generally awards are not mentioned unless the award itself merits an article(like Academy Award or Pritzker Prize)- but if an award is mentioned, it must be sourced, most of the awards you list have no source.
I would note, "startups" almost never merit articles. A company typically must be established in its field and recognized by independent reliable sources before meriting an article. Most sources about startups involve announcements of its activites, like the raising of capital or commencement of operations, or interviews, none of which meet our criteria for notability. 331dot (talk) 09:25, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
