We would like to use wiki as a history search tool for notable figures. I cannot even edit the name to correct this violation.

If you are aware of other cemetery representatives that use the name of their cemetery as their username, please point those out so they can be addressed. You also don't seem to understand the purpose of Wikipedia, which is to summarize what independent reliable sources state about article subjects; we have no interest in what an article subject wants to say about itself or its own history. If all you want to do is tell the world about your cemetery's history, you should do that on a website operated by your cemetery. We agree as a Cemetery Staff not to use Wikipedia for advertising. We know that it is not permitted and to be frank our cemetery is almost 96% sold so sales at this point isn't a focus of the cemetery. We do a very large amount of genealogy research for people who have relatives buried here and this would help them find their information without ever even contacting us.

We are requesting that our username be Union Dale Cemetery in following with other local cemeteries in our city such as Homewood, St. Mary, Allegheny and Calvary Catholic. We would like to follow their model in simply providing historic information about the location and linking it to historic figures solely for research purpose. Thank you! I believe that this is what I should be using. If this is not correct, please advise. I am new to Wikipedia and have not learned all of its requirements and terminology as of yet.
