Second, I almost always forget to fill in the "edit summary" field when I do updates. Today I published some updates to the Cray page that did some rejiggering with the introductory section. I guess there's no way to go back to fill in the "edit summary" field once you've clicked "save page"? Mea culpa.

To answer your first question, what do you mean by "talk notes"? See WP:Talk page. To answer your second question, that is correct.
