Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, LoranSmith80, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Draft:Allaberganov, Ulmas, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Help me!

[edit]

Please help me with... Please help me with Draft:Allaberganov, Ulmas I wrote this article few months ago, and it isn't published yet. What do I need to do to get this article published? This is very important for me as an employee commissioned for this article and very important for the singer and his family, who ordered this article from me. LoranSmith80 (talk) 06:29, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry to deliver bad news, but you have violated Wikipedia's Terms of Use by editing for pay without disclosure. You can remedy this first problem by making a disclosure on your user page here explaining who is paying you to edit and mentioning that it is on behalf of Ulmas Allaberganov.
Second, your draft must be based on summarizing what published sources say about Allaberganov. Right now, you draft shows zero footnotes, so would not be accepted. It's important that at least some of these sources are independent of Allaberganov - his social media, or his website, or his recording label do not count as independent. For example, the muz.uz site is not something we would accept.
Third, each statement about Allaberganov in your draft must be cited to one of these sources. Biographical claims without a proper source must be removed.
Fourth, your references should be sufficient to establish that Allabergonov is notable according to the criteria that apply to musicians.
Fifth, be very careful when writing the draft to use neutral language. Terms like "well-known" or "leading" are opinions, not facts, and would have to specifically attributed to a person who holds that opinion, as verified from a published source.
Finally, the reason your draft has just languished there unpublished is because you never submitted it for review. Once you've corrected the above problems, it would be time to SUBMIT the draft. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 07:02, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have now indicated in the "talk" section of my draft that this is a paid article. Did I do everything right, or do I need to specify this on my user page as well? If everything is in order, then I will definitely supplement my article to the level necessary for its acceptance. LoranSmith80 (talk) 07:27, 25 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
