The article Surya Kumar Neupane has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, MENUKA NEUPANE. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Surya Kumar Neupane, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. ☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 21:32, 29 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Redirected article[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Thanks for creating the article, Surya Kumar Neupane. However, there already is an article on that topic, Uttam Neupane, so your article was redirected to the existing one. Please take advantage of the search feature to find similar-named articles before creating them in the future—and feel free to redirect alternate spellings of existing articles. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Loriendrew (talkcontribs) 14:04, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

July 2017[edit]

Stop icon Please do not remove the {{copyviocore}} template from articles, as you did with Uttam Neupane. Your action has been reverted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept non-free text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted, and removing copyright notices will not help your case. You can properly contest the deletion at Wikipedia:Copyright problems. If you are the owner of the material, you may release the material under the Creative Commons and GFDL licenses, as detailed at WP:IOWN. Alternatively, you are welcome to create a draft in your own words at Talk:Uttam Neupane/Temp. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators and/or removers of the copyright notice templates may be blocked from editing. ☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 16:02, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Uttam Neupane shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

  • As warned, stop removing the copyright violation tag without fixing the issue.

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you make disruptive edits to Wikipedia contrary to the Manual of Style.

  • Please read Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Biographies. There are certain guidelines about how names are presented, specifically when there is a change in a subject's name. Please do not deviate from these guidelines without a valid reason.

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring, as you did at Uttam Neupane. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 18:48, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

August 2017[edit]

Stop icon Do not use multiple IP addresses to vandalize Wikipedia, like you did at KATHMANDUGUYS. Such attempts to avoid detection or circumvent the blocking policy will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia you may be blocked from editing without further notice. ☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 10:23, 3 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
