July 2013[edit]

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at User talk:Flat Out, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Flat Out let's discuss it 01:52, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. WTF who has the right to remove a perfectly factual entry, bringing some light into a conflicting page on chemtrails without caring to check the data or contact the paragraph's author! Please replace it asap, or prove me wrong! martin velek

As the contrails are a feature unmasking a combat plane (showing its position, direction and speed), some effort was spent already during the WWII to avoid them, mostly by choosing (if at all possible) a flight level where the condensation of exhaust vapour would not appear. The same unmasking problem beset the high-flying U-2 recce airplanes, where the pilot even got a rear-view mírror to watch for the tell-tale contrail that would give away his position. It was reported that for the stealth aircraft to avoid generating the "traitor" contrails, experiments were conducted with various chemical additives (some reportedly of acid nature) in fuel to prevent the highly reflective ice crystal trails from forming at all. Apparently this has nothing to do with any purpose-created "chemtrails". Yes, it is an air pollution, but due to small number of stealth aircraft flying, there is no substantial danger to environment or human health from this cause.

how on earth can i come into contact with you, please? i feel much upset by your unfounded requirements. presume you would remove the edda saga from here because it was saved in verbal shape only!!!! martin velek
