File source problem with File:Nikko headshot.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Nikko headshot.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 22:30, 26 March 2011 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 22:30, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Mathemaniac6. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Nikko Briteramos, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Nikko Briteramos. Users are expected to collaborate with others and avoid editing disruptively.

In particular, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. JamesBWatson (talk) 20:31, 30 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nikko Briteramos[edit]

Hi, thanks for your contributions to this WP:BLP , currently the article is under discussion at the BLPN noticeboard here. The article had some controversial claims about living people in violation of more than one of our core WP:Policies and guidelines and has been trimmed back to a better more policy compliant version - please do not replace the disputed content without support from other editors or WP:CONSENSUS on the talkpage or noticeboard, thanks. Off2riorob (talk) 21:33, 30 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 days for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. March 2011[edit]

I see that in this edit you made a personal attack on another editor, which is not acceptable under Wikipedia policy. Please refrain from making such attacks, and try to make sure you always discuss edits with other editors in a civil manner. JamesBWatson (talk) 08:58, 31 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

April 2011[edit]

I see that you have once again made an edit which you repeatedly made in the edit war which led to your block. Please stay clear of further edit warring, or you will be blocked for a significantly longer period. JamesBWatson (talk) 21:44, 20 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Mathemaniac6, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as NikkoJaneaux (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. Cabayi (talk) 21:19, 18 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
