The article about the International Gemological Institute really needs some changing, because it has not been easy for me to find information about it. Every time I look up anything about Diamonds and their certificates, all I find are things about GIA. They're not the only diamond grading company and I hope that someone can help me to inform others about other companies as well.
Basically the article looks like a brochure for the company - phrases like "consumer-focused", "which students learn the skills to...", as well as the whole paragraph that begins "Over the past decades...". I have removed everything from the article which appears in this way. пﮟოьεԻ 57 19:11, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, pretty much. Just the basic information about the company - what it does, who runs it, when it was founded, where its offices are. Using things like trademark symbols is not particularly good idea, as that also makes it look a little like advertising. The GIA article is ok, but is leaning towards a brochure in places. пﮟოьεԻ 57 14:05, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
