Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Muhandes (talk) 08:45, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Images

[edit]

Hi Munna Aawara. I'm reaching to you to explain why I remove some of the images you added. The purpose of images is to illustrate the text. An image of a road does not serve that purpose, unless that road is specifically discussed in the article body. This is also the case with some other images which I removed, which illustrated subjects which were not mentioned in the body, or were mentioned in passing/lists, where the article already has enough imagry. Don't take it the wrong way, good illustration of the subjects is very important, and is appreciated. Just keep in mind to add images not (only) because they are "beutiful" but because they help understand the material. Happy editing! --Muhandes (talk) 08:53, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
