EMMETTS AND JOHN DEERE DEALERSHIP NEWS

EMMETTS Acquires Rosenberg Machinery Group Privately held Victorian John Deere dealer, EMMETTS, has announced the acquisition of South Australian based John Deere dealer, Rosenberg Machinery Group Holdings.

Effective 14 October 2015, EMMETTS will take 100 per cent control of RMGH, a family run business which features dealerships in key South Australian agricultural regions, including cropping, horticulture, irrigation and grazing. EMMETTS managing director Peter Emmett said the acquisition was in line with the company's strategic growth objective. " EMMETTS has recognized over the past years that we needed to grow our dealership footprint and the opportunity with Rosenberg's is a good fit for both businesses."
