Edit summary
[edit]Hello NetSysFire, recently on Civilization, you reverted this edit by 46.205.210.57 (your edit), tagging it as vandalism in your edit summary, but clearly that was a good faith, but disruptive edit. Also I advise you to warn the users if they vandalize, or tell new users why their edit was wrong. You can use twinkle for this. If you require any help, please visit Wikipedia's Teahouse. - Thanks for the feedback. I looked at Twinkle in the past and I should really get around and finally use it.
- I thought said edit was vandalism because of the "(would you continue writing aspect not codebased lang only:-)??)" at the bottom, potentially indicating use of some (LLM?) tool and low effort. But yes, I see why it would be considered good faith now. NetSysFire (talk) 15:24, 3 February 2024 (UTC)
Sure. Regarding that message in the end of reverted edit by 46.205.210.57, its was IP's first edit and probably wanted to help but was unaware of Wikipedia's rules (encyclopedic form, citation etc).
Also while replying to a user named 'Example', you may start by {{ping|Example}}
. The user "Example" will then get a notification saying where they were mentioned. This is sometimes called "pinging". See Help:Talk pages#Notifications for more information. Regards ExclusiveEditor Notify Me! 15:40, 3 February 2024 (UTC)
