August 2019

[edit]

In your 2 day Wikipedia history at least 29 of your 30 edits were publicity for a particular presidential candidate. I am reporting you at wp:ani North8000 (talk) 13:36, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I am an informed on the policies of that candidate and am disseminating information. I do not believe any edits were incorrect nor out of place. Ngokevin (talk) 13:43, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, all of your Yang edits were unwarranted and a violation of WP:PROMO. Yang's opinion on daylight savings time is totally irrelevant. Please stop or you are in danger of being blocked from editing.Beyond My Ken (talk) 15:14, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Beyond My Ken is absolutely right. Drmies (talk) 15:58, 21 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A couple of discretionary sanctions alerts

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in living or recently deceased people, and edits relating to the subject (living or recently deceased) of such biographical articles. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Requesting your participation

[edit]

Hi. As a recent contributor to Asian Americans, I am seeking your input for a discussion about changes to the lead section that I started. I'm trying to set a good example of consensus-building, especially for the lead section. Your input would be most appreciated. Thanks! --Ishu (talk) 15:04, 23 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Please be aware that further promotional edits, particularly about Andrew Yang, may result in you being blocked from editing without further warning.-- Deepfriedokra 19:56, 29 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
