Welcome to WP[edit]

Please provide edit summaries. It looks like you have been around for a while already, but I see you steadfastly refuse to provide edit summaries. Wuerzele (talk) 22:42, 25 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Wuerzele,
Thank you for the suggestion. From now onwards I'll provide edit summaries.
Thanks Nicolas098 (talk) 06:57, 26 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

August 2023[edit]

Hello, I'm Adakiko. I noticed that in this edit to Kuwait, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adakiko (talk) 10:52, 8 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please see wp:OVERLINK. Please don't link months such as "December". Please use sentence case in section headers such as "==Skills and specialties==" That article does appear to be written in American English, so "favorable" would appear to be correct. Hello. If you would like administrators to address a problem with another editor, then please read the instructions at WP:ANI, rather than try to create an article about it. Thanks. 2A00:23EE:1478:6AAC:D41C:52FF:FE2C:4707 (talk) 05:56, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Request reason:

Hello, :My account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising/promotion and violating Wikipedia's policies. But I've not been doing promotional edits. I've been updating factual edits and trying to learn Wikipedia more. I would like to learn more on Wikipedia and would like to become a prominent contributor. And this time, I'll make sure not to post any content which breaches the policies. Kindly, review and unblock my account. :Thanks Nicolas098 (talk) 07:03, 10 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Per below. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:23, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This is not, in fact, what I blocked your account for. Dishonesty in an unblock request is not a great way to start. -- Tamzin[cetacean needed] (she|they|xe) 00:17, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Ahmad Al-Sayed[edit]

Hello Nicolas098,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ahmad Al-Sayed for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source, probably infringing copyright.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
