Copyright violation on Clair de Lune (poem)

Hi Nomespot, I just removed the changes you made to Clair de Lune (poem) because they added a translation of the poem into English with a 1999 copyright date and a license statement that is not compatible with Wikipedia's Creative Commons license. Wikipedia has very strict copyright policies - we can not include copyrighted works in their entirety.

If you're wondering why I left the original French poem, it was written before 1923 and is therefore in the public domain. If you would like to contribute an English translation of entirely your own work, I think that would make a good addition to that article. Thank you! If you found it in a public domain resource, please add a citation to give the source credit and to help others ensure the translator's copyrights are respected. Thank you! Hey Alex, I wish it was my own work, but I went on Reddit and found a Francophone to translate it! I wasn't sure how to cite them, but I got their permission to put it in the open domain and their sign off on the edit.
