Removing picture of Howard L. Weiner

I am removing the picture of Weiner from Draft:Howard L. Weiner. The picture is under copyright and is in use on Weiner's page at http://weinerlab.bwh.harvard.edu/?page_id=154 with a clear copyright notice. It is illegal to use material under copyright on Wikipedia, and illegal to upload it calling it "own work". If the Weiner Lab wants to donate the picture, follow the instructions at Wikipedia Commons. The picture of Stephen Hauser used on his web page is on Commons legally.
