Veera Narayana's talk page
Mother Kali welcomes you on Veera's behalf! She wishes to have a very peaceful environment here with constructive discussions only. Please respect her wish. Have a nice day. Thank you!
NOTE: Though Veera Narayana is my username, calling me Veera would be more appropriate.

Hi

[edit]

It's been such a long time since we talked. How are you Pavan? What are you upto?Krish | Talk To Me 12:06, 16 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Krish! Had a change of username (calling me Veera is the norm now), change of place and particularly a change of heart. I now focus more on older Telugu films and uploading posters for older films (inspired by our dear collaborator Kailash29792) when active. Otherwise, i am busy doing some petty job and learning some arts in my real life. Hope you are doing well. Veera Narayana 15:53, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Veera, thanks for the compliment. If you have time, I hope you can comment at my possiby final FAC attempt. Kailash29792 (talk) 16:54, 17 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Okay Veera! Yeah, I have been doing fine. I am planning to work on my pending projects, mostly Chopra's film articles. Then maybe a couple of Hollywood film articles. But, kudos to you and Kailash29792) for working on those very old Telugu film articles. You guys are doing great.Krish | Talk To Me 10:13, 18 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Krish, that's very kind of you. Kailash29792, i'll make it a point to make myself heard there tonight. Veera Narayana 07:37, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You said at the poster's page, "For the time being, until i or others find a more properly designed theatrical release poster". See if you found the right one here. Kailash29792 (talk) 05:32, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the help, really appreciate it. Uploaded the one with the leads. Veera Narayana 05:43, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Veera Narayana, your DYK nomination is on the verge of being closed as unsuccessful because you have not provided the required QPQ review. At this point, you have about 25 hours to supply one. If there are issues preventing completing a QPQ, you'll need to respond on the nomination page. Best of luck! BlueMoonset (talk) 01:05, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi anna, interested in learning Telugu. Any suggestions? DareshMohan (talk) 11:23, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@DareshMohan: I wish you the best. You can learn it better by conversing with native speakers among your circle, and watching dubbed Telugu films whose original was filmed in your mother tongue. Veera Narayana 12:21, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you suggest any such website? I'll upload the documents and share the link with you. Veera Narayana 04:52, 15 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

[edit]

Just coming down here to say hi and enquiring on how you're doing, my friend. Hope all is well. I am slowly getting back to active editing and might get back full-time soon.  — Ssven2 Looking at you, kid 11:41, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, thanks man. Good to know that you may get back here full-time. I am also on-and-off here thanks to my bad health, but am thinking of making a full comeback by, say, this December or coming January. Kailash is consistently working though; he is my inspiration every time i wish to give up. Looking forward to work with you all again. Veera Narayana 05:15, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I pray to Narayana himself that your health gets better and yes, looking forward to working with all of you once again. I have an article up for GA (Money in the Bank (2018)) if you're willing to review it or if you know of anyone who knows the subject and can take up the review.  — Ssven2 Looking at you, kid 11:12, 24 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ssven2: Thanks man. I'll review it. Will start on Sunday. Veera Narayana 05:29, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for taking up the article my friend.  — Ssven2 Looking at you, kid 10:29, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation to participate in a research

[edit]

Hello,

The Wikimedia Foundation is conducting a survey of Wikipedians to better understand what draws administrators to contribute to Wikipedia, and what affects administrator retention. We will use this research to improve experiences for Wikipedians, and address common problems and needs. We have identified you as a good candidate for this research, and would greatly appreciate your participation in this anonymous survey.

You do not have to be an Administrator to participate.

The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement .

Please find our contact on the project Meta page if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind Regards,

WMF Research Team
