Hi CASSIOPEIA. Thank you for reviewing my submission and the comments you have left. I'd like to point out a few things in the hopes I give enough context for why I consider George Spanos a good fit for Wikipedia.

Firstly, All About Jazz is a very prominent Jazz publication that even has its own Wikipedia entry: All About Jazz

Secondly, a lot of the names referenced in the discography who also have their entries in Wikipedia (and are prominent figures in Jazz) already mention George Spanos in their own pages. For example, Juini Booth#Discography, Leo Genovese#Discography, Daniel Carter (musician)#Discography, and Ikue Mori#Discography are all known jazz musicians that have collaborated with George Spanos on records and they all are linking to George Spanos' Wikipedia page that doesn't yet exist. These references were added by somebody else prior to my draft.

Furthermore, if you look at the Wikipedia pages of the referenced artists you will notice that they too have very few mainstream media coverage, but, like George, have enough in the jazz space to qualify for a Wikipedia entry.

Finally, there is media coverage for George's world tours but unfortunately they are either in another language and I don't know how to quote them like this: https://actionjazz.fr/gazette/09-Gazette-03.2015.pdf, or the original page no longer exists and only an unverifiable audio recording can be found like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTMcNmXMAFU

I respect your decision to decline my submission but I would appreciated if you reconsidered given my above statements.

If you still believe that this is not enough, I would gladly search further for more sources because I believe George Spanos deserves to be on Wikipedia considering he has twice been awarded an artist visa specifically for his contributions to jazz.

Thank you. Pekalicious (talk) 05:25, 13 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
