Re Pennstatelaw - it appears from the source you cited that the two campuses will not begin operating as separate law schools until the fall of 2015. What you should probably do is edit the Dickinson article to note that the split has been approved and is coming. Then, in 2015, when the two schools are separated, we can create separate articles.
