I agree with your removal of the blurb on Woodleigh per the most recent posted list. Please notify me if the anon editor reinstates it (they've been warned). OhNoitsJamie Talk 22:12, 12 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your feedback

[edit]

Hi Lesleyfarrar, and thanks for leaving feedback. The citation to CReSTeD's website used by the IP editor with whom you're in conflict appears to be a dead link. They've since updated it to a link to the school's own website saying that it was last inspected by CReSTeD in 2008; that, I think, seems a valid statement. If you want to point out that despite this they are not currently registered with CReSTeD, I suggest adding this information and using the current CReSTeD Register as a source (see WP:CITE for information on citing sources).

Be wary, however, of getting embroiled in an edit war; if the IP persists in making claims you know to be untrue, discuss on the talkpage rather than just reverting back and forth (doing so leads to sanctions). If you need help, drop me a line on my talkpage.

Sign your post

[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. Yasht101 02:10, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

CReSTeD article update

[edit]

Hello Lesley, thanks for updating and expanding the article. It's both neutral and informative. Well done. I've made a few minor changes to organize the headings, bring it into line with the Wikipedia Manual of Style, and add a few links to other articles and/or slight expansions for clarity. As Wikipedia has an international readership, we can't assume they'll know what "maintained schools" are for example, or that the Continuity of Education Allowance pertains to parents in the British Armed Forces. (I just discovered that there's a similar but much more serious problem at Educational psychologist, which is totally US-centric and ignores the very different and much more stringent requirements for using it as a professional title in the UK.)

By the way, I saw that you had wanted to change your user name as you were a bit uncomfortable using your real name. That's still possible, provided you don't select a new name that relates to an organisation or employer. Anyhow, if you need any help on Wikipedia or have any questions, don't hesitate to give me a shout on my talk page. Best, Voceditenore (talk) 14:01, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
