Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Canada's Handyman Challenge, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Halifax (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Updates to Brian Lamb's article

[edit]

Hi there ProliferatingJade, hope you don't mind me reaching out, but I saw that you updated Brian Lamb's article to show that he stepped down as CEO of C-SPAN in 2012. Many thanks for making that change! As you might have seen, I posted a request about this exact issue on the Talk page a few weeks ago, but haven't been able to find anyone to help. I haven't edited the article myself because I am a consultant for C-SPAN.

If you're available, would you mind taking a look at my request? You'll see that there's an existing sentence in the C-SPAN section that also needs to be changed. I also noticed that your edit to the article's introduction indicates that Lamb is no longer a chairman at C-SPAN. However, as the New York Times article cited explains, he is now the executive chairman. Would you mind updating the introduction to reflect this? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again for your help so far, 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 20:46, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi 16912 Rhiannon, I'm not quite sure of the proper etiquette for using talk pages but saw on yours that you replied there to messages people posted there so thought that may be the way it is done. Sorry for the delay fixing that, I haven't been on Wikipedia for several days. I will update the article now. Thanks for your assistance (ProliferatingJade (talk) 03:40, 16 March 2013 (UTC))[reply]

Hello ProliferatingJade. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Paul Lafrance".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Paul Lafrance}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 03:24, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
