Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Happy editing! Cheers, Skynxnex (talk) 16:57, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I've undone two of the edits you've made. The first, to Dr. Mohammed Khan, is because redirects shouldn't be deleted in that way. It's an old redirect so if we think it's too ambiguous somehow, Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion, would be the way to find consensus for deleting/retargeting it. But overall I think it's basically fine but feel free to ask questions about it.
In The San Francisco Improv Alliance, I undid some of your edits because "improv" iss the correct word and not "improve" in those cases. Thanks. Skynxnex (talk) 17:01, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Why this page redirect to Aafia Siddiqui
Dr. Mohammed Khan and Aafia Siddiqui Both are different people. Do you have any solution please let me know Psmmedia14 (talk) 08:56, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
An Amjad Mohammed Khan was previously married to Aafia Siddiqui. That Khan had an article at Dr. Mohammend Khan which was then moved to Mohammend Khan and then to Amjad Mohammed Khan and then that article was deleted and redirected to Siddiqui: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Amjad Mohammed Khan (2nd nomination). So all the remaining redirects get retargeted to Siddiqui to keep any existing links broken.
For the person you attempted to replace in the Dr redirect, you're free to create an article for him if you think he meets WP:GNG but I'd suggest reading Help:Your first article. We very rarely include something like "Dr." in a page title and there is Mohammed Khan already so the new article probably should be at something like "Mohammed Khan (executive)" or similar. I'd suggest trying a WP:DRAFT and WP:AFC and then the reviewer will help settling the names of it seems notable.
Once there are more Mohammend Khan's we have articles for, a WP:DISAMBIGuation page at the base name and it might make sense to retarget the Dr. redirect there. Skynxnex (talk) 14:56, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I don't feel comfortable sharing contact details or WhatsApping with Wikipedia editors I don't know, apologies. If you have a specific question you can trying asking here and WP:PINGing me or asking in the WP:Teahouse which may give better, quicker answers. Happy editing. Paliwal

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Paliwal appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 08:10, 20 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
