Thanks for uploading Image:KanevsKane2.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

That's in your opinion. Since people widely believe that the other logo is better, and since YOU are the ONLY PERSON putting the one with crappy quality on the site, constant reverts can be vandalism. Besides, calling me a dumbass on my talk page is blatant vandalism. Leave the logo alone, or I will have an admin put a block on you. --CmdrClow20:02, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
If that's not your opinion, why has everybody been siding with my photo and everyone going against yours? Last chance. Knock it off, or get banned. --CmdrClow05:58, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This is your last warning. Your acts are considered vandalism. You will be blocked from editing Wikipedia if you do it again.
I have just reported you to an Administrator. You will be blocked from editing wikipedia.

You vandalized the D-generation X page over and over again by putting a logo that had worse quality. You were told over and over again not to change it but you continually did. You then vandalized that same page again by deleting the logo off it entirely for no reason. Which is also vandalism. You then verbally attacked CmdrClow on his talk page. Which was blatent vandalism.
That's not true, it was featured on the poster for Vengeance. I have also reported you to an admin. Stop deleting it before you're forced off of Wikipedia for good. The key thing that you said on Mikedk's talk page was that "you feel". This encyclopedia does not cater to YOUR needs. Realize that it doesn't revolve around you, and stop deleting the logo. CmdrClow21:06, 9 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The logo that I posted was released by WWE.com, and it was featured as a PSD cut on DX-Unlimited.com. Did it ever occur to you that there may be slight variations in the DX logo? Even so, you're being very anal over some small curves as differences. There are variations in the logo, the bottom line, is that both may be real. The reason yours is being deleted is because it's resolution is much much lower. I suggest being less anal in the future as well as realizing that your opinion is not what this encyclopedia is all about, we serve everyone as a whole. And the majority has determined, without protest, that the image I uploaded is the BETTER photo. --CmdrClow06:38, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:Saturn-Moppy.jpg[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:Saturn-Moppy.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

Please do not remove the {{orfud}} tag from that image. It is not needed in the article and it is extremely unencyclopedic. I have only recently added images depicting Power Rangers of various colors to their respective articles to use as an example. Your image does not fit in to be used as an example and that is why I had removed it in the first place. The article is about Red Rangers in general; not about Jason. If you continue to add the image to the article, you may be blocked for disruption. Ryūlóng06:46, 1 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The picture I posted was not to be about Jason. I thought it would be a better idea to have a picture of the original Red Ranger than of the Turbo Red Ranger. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by RAMistheMAN (talk • contribs) 06:48, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
Except that is not what the page is about. I had chosen several images of various Rangers to post on those pages, simply to use as an example of a Ranger of that color. For example, Yellow Ranger has the Yellow Mystic Ranger, Blue Ranger has the Blue Power Ranger, and Pink Ranger has the Pink Galaxy Ranger. Additionally, the picture you uploaded cannot be used on Wikipedia because you found it on quizilla without any information as to the original copyright holder, and it can be deleted for being unencyclopedic. Ryūlóng06:51, 1 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There is no need to mention this as Trish's last match. It is not-notable to the PPV and is alreay mentione in her article. TJ Spyke23:57, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Official name as of September 5th 2006 is still "Friday Night SmackDown!". See [1]. From The CW Network official site. "!" is still part of the name. Please do not add speculation as to the official name if no source has been provided to support your claim. Thank you. -- bulletproof3:1602:41, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I'll tell you what. The reasonable thing to do is to wait until SmackDown! airs on Friday. It's just 4 days away anyhow. WWE can sometimes send mixed messages on their website. I don't know if you saw SummerSlam but in a promo video on WrestleMania 23, a new logo was revealed for the event. However, WWE.com is still using the original logo shown here for all mentions on WrestleMania 23. Best thing to do right now is to wait until Friday. If the SmackDown! graphics at the beginning or during the show no longer use "!" then It would be safe to assume that the change is official. It's the reasonable thing to do since there are sources everywhere that contradict each other. Agreed? Just 4 days. -- bulletproof3:1602:52, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I don't believe you have been formally welcomed to Wikipedia so I'm taking the liberty to do so myself. See the very first comment on the top of your talk page. Happy Editing! -- bulletproof3:1603:17, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Logos are the same whether one has the WWE logo or not. The only change is the "!". There is no color variation also. Trust me. Besides, the old file has better resolution. See RAW's logo. Both are high res. -- bulletproof3:1603:19, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There is no color variation. When you click on the logo it works well for me. Its always different for every computer. But if you are patient, the image will load. This isn't about anyone getting away with anything. Its just that your logo is has very little resolution. See raw's logo in it's article. Trust me there is no color difference. -- bulletproof3:1603:24, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Both logos are the same. The color difference only comes up when a diffrent graphic artist creates one for a specific time. Both logos are the same. Trust me, I am a graphic designer. I know what I am talking about. Listen to the voice of reason, the logo you posted has low resolution (means its small} which is another reason why it may seem darker to you. There is no need to revert. -- bulletproof3:1603:30, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I will do the move. Oh and no I did nothing to "make it so that you couldn't see the image". That is impossible, even for an admin, unless they block you for some reason I guess. Check your computer. Maybe something's up. -- bulletproof3:1603:39, 9 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Your picture is a copyvio. It isn't found on WWE.com and you cannot say that it is. So, therefore it is not to be used on any articles. Thanks. --Mikedk910919:38, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

How is Kurt Angle a sell-out? He was earning over $1 million a year with WWE, TNA won't be able to pay him that much. So how is going to company that will pay you LESS money make him a sell-out? TNA will also let him wrestle a lot less, which is the reason he was considering retiring. TJ Spyke03:19, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
"Turned his back on WWE"? WWE released him from his contract. He was free to do whatever he wanted. I am a fan of the wrestlers, not what promotion they wrestle for. TJ Spyke03:22, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
In TNA he will only need to wrestle 4-5 times a month, he was wrestling 15-20 times a month in WWE, so this will be a lot easier on his body. TJ Spyke03:26, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Can you please stop placing new images at Red Ranger and other articles? I had given fair use rationales to the ones I have used across the articles, and while that one you have uploaded is good, it doesn't do much other than say "Look! It's a Red Ranger." Ryūlóng07:30, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
That image cannot pass fair use criteria; it is way too high resolution, and it's just not encyclopedic. Please do not add it to articles where other images are being used which are better and have criteria. Ryūlóng07:55, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Orphaned fair use image (Image:NewFNSDLogo.png)[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:NewFNSDLogo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:NHLCenterIceLogo.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ~Wikihermit02:20, 7 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:WWEFantasySeason8Logo.jpg[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:WWEFantasySeason8Logo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
