{{C.Fred}} I understand what you are saying, however i din't know if you understand that scholastic publications cannot receive awards outside of this realm, and the Pacemaker is consider the Pulitzer prize for student journalists. There is no such thing as an outside award. Further, i have seen other wikipedia pages for other scholastic publications like this one with far fewer sources, and no different awards than these. I would urge you to reconsider the choice you'v made. Im not sure how familiar you are with scholastic journalism, but these awards are considered noteworthy. I urge you to look at the pages for "The North Texas Daily" of the University of Nortg Texas, or "The Man-eater" of the University of Missouri to understand what i mean.

See previous comment: for a school newspaper to need a Wikipedia article, you'd have to show that serious journalists and/or academics have written about this paper. Like for example if it was involved in some big political scandal, or had a groundbreaking method. Very, very few highschool papers meet that criteria. Not that your effort is wasted, you can submit it for local wikis in your area, or host it on any site that uses Wikimedia formatting. Just it's not a paper that's famous enough to be covered on Wikipedia itself.

Please don't resubmit after ignoring the advice, that doesn't help anybody.

Either you need to show hard evidence that this paper is famous far outside its hometown, or else it can't be an article. Submitting it over and over again isn't going to change that.

You did a great job formatting and laying it out, it just doesn't meet WP:Notability, but it could still be a useful page on a different wiki, and now you have the skills to pick a next topic, carefully picking one that meets WP:Notability from the beginning.
