I'm torn between declining this as advertisement, or tagging it as non-notable, so I'll just do both.

Notability: there are almost no independent reliable sources that actually talk about Tempo (and the one that does is just a huge list of facts and figures). PRIMARY sources should be avoided whenever possible.
Advert: This actually leads on from the notability issue; since there are no third-party sources, the only information is a brief history and the product line. I could get that from their own website.

To be fair, the notability issue far outweighs the advertising issue, and I think when more third-party sources are added the additional text will help with the latter part anyway.
