The Vampire Diaries - Season 2

[edit]

Thanks for your help with spelling etc, haven't had a chance to check it all yet. Jayy008 (talk) 13:21, 21 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

TVD - Season 2

[edit]

Hello again. Just letting you know; in the infobox the amount of episodes the season will consist of goes there. Not how many have currently aired. Jayy008 (talk) 22:21, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't know about those, but all broadcast show has the full episode count listed. I don't know if there's a rule, but most has the full count, if you have a problem with it, I suggestion bringing it up for discussion at WikiProject television before changes it. Jayy008 (talk) 18:46, 2 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No problem

[edit]

I have reinstated Island records official Taio Cruz bio as there is no reason to suggest it is not a reputable source. However, if you believe his actual age is not as is stated, and there is concrete proof from a reputable source (you mentioned ancestry in discussion), then go for it.AaronRodgers27 (talk) 13:41, 15 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Taio Cruz issues

[edit]

I've reverted Mikishun's edits back and then acquired full protection of the article to sort the issue out for once and for all. The user is claiming to know Cruz personally and is therefore unable to edit objectively. -- Lil_℧niquℇ №1 | talk2me 00:19, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Okies well... Getmusic.au (which is an official website by Universal Music Australia] says two interesting things:
  • "At the end of of 2008" he was aged 26.
  • " he’s two years older than you might read elsewhere and Wikipedia won’t let him correct his own entry as he’s an untrusted source."

LMAO!

However I do think this is a reliable source because it is operated by Cruz's record company. It would put Cruz's current age at 28 meaning he was born 1982. -- Lil_℧niquℇ №1 | talk2me 00:44, 30 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Elisabeth Sladen

[edit]

Thanks for changing the birth name to Elizabeth. I didn't want to get in a edit war right after her death. It's also spelled Elizabeth in the GRO Marriage Index. GcSwRhIc (talk) 15:08, 7 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Apology for the revert Revenscroft32 you are right I just misread my own notes. MilborneOne (talk) 15:37, 7 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the input. I am not trying to improve any site’s search ranking but to provide examples that are culturally relevant. There is not a great deal of content for the U.S. Hispanic, bilingual and bicultural audience. It happens that I can point to such content via the work that I and my colleagues do. Please let me know how I can better serve Wikipedia users in particular and web users, in general. Kviera (talk) 00:45, 15 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think user SummerPhd has already answered your question. You are only providing external links from one commercial source, namely Mun2 cable television, giving the impression you are trying to promote said business rather than actually improve any article, not to mention there being a potential conflict of interest. In some articles, there were already enough external links, so you can't argue that "there is not a great deal of content..." There are many ways to improve an article, without adding commercial external links. In any event, external links are not really encouraged.Ravenscroft32 (talk) 12:25, 15 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
