Welcome![edit]

Hello, Renukanu, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits to the page Remo D'Souza did not conform to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may have been removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations verified in reliable, reputable print or online sources or in other reliable media. Always provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

April 2021[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Hutatma Chowk, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Per WP:INFOBOXFLAG and MOS:ICON, please do not add flag icons to infoboxes. DrKay (talk) 14:03, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that image captions are written in sentence case. DrKay (talk) 05:37, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Rashtrapati Niwas, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. -- DaxServer (talk) 11:18, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Renukanu, I have reverted all your edits to Rashtrapati Bhavan, because they were removing or modifying long-standing content, much of which is factual. Please raise your concerns on the talk page of the article and obtain WP:CONSENSUS for them. I am also giving you an ARBIPA sanctions alert, which means that you are responsible for adhering to all Wikipedia policies in your editing, and need to work collaboratively with other editors. Failure to follow this can lead to sanctions. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 10:31, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You also need to explain in the edit summaries what you are doing and why. Please don't treat the Wikipedia as your private property that you can change at will. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 12:31, 18 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Brother Kautilya I added those pictures because do notice that Those included the Present Day Changes which were made by late President Pranab Mukherjee . Which was our National Emblem on top of the stone elephants which looked superb. & the pic which exists is very old & does not hold the changes which arent offensive, but which Our national emblem . ARBIPA sanctions alert[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

April 2021[edit]

Information icon There is a big red notice that is displayed when you try to edit the article on Allahabad. It says "Notice: please do not change Allahabad to Prayagraj in this article."-- Toddy1 (talk) 07:43, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Renukanu! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Allahabad that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. -- Toddy1 (talk) 07:44, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Parliament House (India), you may be blocked from editing. Information on the historical ownership of Parliament House is neutral and useful, so please don't remove it from the infobox or anywhere else in the article. Please also avoid using flags in infoboxes, as another editor has told you before. Thehiddenworld (talk) 05:01, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon You seem to be on a POV push replacing common English-language names with non-English names across many articles. This is not appropriate.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:59, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm GreaterPonce665. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Kolkata have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. GreaterPonce665 (TALK) 16:04, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to engage in subtle vandalism by making unexplained changes to information, you may be blocked from editing. GreaterPonce665 (TALK) 16:05, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Bangalore. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. GreaterPonce665 (TALK) 16:07, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Tirath Singh Rawat, you may be blocked from editing. GreaterPonce665 (TALK) 16:10, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Flags in infoboxes[edit]

It is almost never proper to add them. MOS:FLAG is very clear about this point. DMacks (talk) 00:00, 22 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You've been asked twice not to add flags to infoboxes, but you're still trying to add an extra one at Parliament House (India) (even though it's already shown anyway, so the duplication is obviously unnecessary). Please do not add any more flags. It is disruptive to continue a series of edits after being asked to stop, and persistent refusal to desist can lead to your ability to edit being blocked. DrKay (talk) 06:53, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Elephanta Island. Padgriffin Griffin's Nest 08:54, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

April 2021[edit]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Dhyan Chand, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - Arjayay (talk) 18:44, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You have twice changed the caption for the picture in the infobox for Tirath Singh Rawat without making any attempt to explain why. When editors disagree about the content of a page, they need to explain why they disagree. That way it is possible to reach consensus. Your behaviour seems more like edit warring. Stop it. Use the article talk page to explain what you want.-- Toddy1 (talk) 21:33, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for edit warring.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  ~ ToBeFree (talk) 11:10, 25 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
