Welcome! (We can't say that loudly enough!)

Hello, Rey Mirj, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might find helpful:

If you have any questions or problems, no matter what they are, leave me a message on my talk page. Or, please come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{Help me}} on your user talk page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Please sign your name on talk pages and votes by typing four tildes (~~~~); our software automatically converts it to your username and the date.

We're so glad you're here! Meatsgains(talk) 23:08, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please read department instructions

Some pages are active departments with their own set of instructions. It may be tempting to skip reading them and go straight to making edits or leaving messages. But this just clutters those pages and creates unnecessary steps for the volunteers of those departments. This happens a lot at the Help desk, the Wikipedia:Reference desk, and at Articles for creation. For example, many users ask general knowledge questions at the Help Desk rather than at the Reference Desk, because they didn't read the instructions at the top of the page. If you visit those pages, please take the time and read the instructions before making use of those helpful departments.

Janusz Bałdyga.[edit]

Ways to improve Anna Barlik[edit]

Hi, I'm Vexations. Rey Mirj, thanks for creating Anna Barlik!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. None of the sources appear to be independent of the subject. If you need more time to provide references from reliable sources that are independent of (not her own webite or her gallery) I can temporarily move the article into draft space for you, without leaving a redirect so that it's easy to move it back once you're done (that's not something you can do yourself). If you leave it here, it is very likely going to be nominated for deletion for failing to demonstrate that Barlik is notable in the sense that Wikipedia uses that word. See WP:NARTIST and WP:GNG.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Anna Barlik moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Anna Barlik, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the confirms on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Your submission at Articles for creation: Janusz Bałdyga has been accepted[edit]

Janusz Bałdyga, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
The article has been assessed as Start-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. If your account is more than four days old and you have made at least 10 edits you can create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

Speedy deletion nomination of Propaganda Gallery[edit]

Hello Rey Mirj,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Propaganda Gallery for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

undeclared conflict of interest[edit]

All the articles you have created so far have a connection to Propaganda Gallery. If you have a financial interest in promoting the gallery or the artists it represent, you MUST declare that. A formal notification is below.

Hello Rey Mirj. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Rey Mirj. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Rey Mirj|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. Vexations (talk) 15:14, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started (Jakub Ciężki) has been reviewed![edit]

Thanks for creating Jakub Ciężki, Rey Mirj!

Wikipedia editor Chris troutman just reviewed your page, and wrote this note for you:

This is a promotional mess. I don't think the subject passes WP:NARTIST, WP:ANYBIO, or WP:GNG. Please learn about Wikipedia's rules on notability before contributing further.

To reply, leave a comment on Chris troutman's talk page.

Your draft article, Draft:Anna Barlik[edit]

Hello, Rey Mirj. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Anna Barlik".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion.
