Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Theresa I Dale, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Dean and Private practice. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Richardjonas, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. I see you've created some WP:BLPs of motivational speakers. Your edit history shows that you are proficient with editing right from the start. Do you have another account, and do you have a WP:COI with the subjects, or get paid for editing here? Widefox; talk 18:32, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion

[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Richardjonas (talk) 18:45, 22 October 2014 (UTC) I was just creating articles to improve my editing skills, I didn't know I was going against the guidelines. I am sorry, If I have caused any harm. I will stop working on the current article immediately if given a second chance.[reply]

It's an autobiography right? Care to answer my question above? Widefox; talk 19:14, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
So, the images in these articles have been taken by User:Amyxcell, so do you have a connection with that person or account and the same for User:Donaldmarkus? That account is also highly promo and all the articles of it and your's look like they should be deleted as WP:SPAM. Are there any other accounts that's involved in this editing, apart from that one, and have you used any of them or know any of them? Widefox; talk 19:36, 22 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Mercury Hotels International

[edit]

The article Mercury Hotels International has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable company. Main claim to notability is a primary source.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
