Multiple changes to reason for retirement.

Hello, please do not make a mass change to multiple articles as you did (for example) at 1994 San Marino Grand Prix here. This would require a consensus to be established and/or a discussion at the Wiki F1 project talk-page. Your edits have been reverted as being without consensus and in some cases were incorrect. Please do not continue to make similar changes as this could be considered disruptive and might lead to the loss of editing privileges.
