File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Victory40-ketch.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Victory 40

A tag has been placed on Victory 40, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The article Holly Cairns has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Holly Cairns. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Just to let you know the article you recently created was somewhat promotional and unreferenced. When adding content on Wikipedia please ensure all content is referenced, vital in the case of biographies, and ensure your content is neutral (especially for biographies on politicians). Please stop removing maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Holly Cairns, without resolving the problem that the template refers to. This may be considered disruptive editing.
