I was trying to edit my first page of Wurth Electronics Midcom to make it not violate the advertising rules but it has been deleted. What can I do to make it adhere to the Wikipedia principles? The parent page for Würth is on Wikipedia so it seems the subsidiary in my hometown of Watertown, SD should be there too?

Article A doesn't usually justify the deletion or the inclusion of article B. So, in other words, all because Würth has an article doesn't completely justify an article on Wurth Electronics Midcom. With your line of logic, all subsidiaries of all companies would qualify for an article, which would get tedious rather quickly.
I can't look at the article, since I'm not an admin, but I assume there were two major issues with the article you wrote:
  • Tone. You need to not use puffery (don't tell us that Wurth Electronics Midcom is great, use concrete examples using independent, reliable sourcing backing up why Wurth Electronics Midcom is great, and also not so great), and unsupported attributions. (example: This reliable, independent source says... instead of some people say...)
  • Sourcing--specifically, multiple, reliable, independent sources but most likely, the amount of sourcing, too. (example: A paragraph or more in multiple newspapers, reputable magazines, and other fact-checked, independent-of-Wurth-Electronics-Midcom sources.) I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 08:47, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Wurth Electronics Midcom, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Sarahj2107 (talk) 21:58, 15 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
