April 2024[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from using talk pages such as Template talk:Dashboard.wikiedu.org sandbox for general discussion of this or other topics. They are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways, based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines; they are not for use as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See the talk page guidelines for more information. Your articles[edit]

Hello. I see major issues with Ethics and Accountability in Legal AI: Lessons from the Mata vs. Avianca Case, I will leave it to another editor to either speedy delete or draftify. Maybe you can try out WP:AFC? I think that can help. Cleo Cooper (talk) 07:06, 23 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Ethics and Accountability in Legal AI: Lessons from the Mata vs. Avianca Case requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

This is an essay, not an article with a subject. It belongs in user space imo, not in mainspace.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Moving pages[edit]

Information icon Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 05:14, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Sharon Ng'ang'a,
Please stop moving pages around. You clearly don't know what you are doing and you are creating unnecessary page redirects that then have to be cleaned up by another editor. This is not surprising as you have only had an account for a week. Your school work is also not appropriate for the main space of the project, please submit it to Articles for Creation so that an experienced editor can review it and let you know what needs to be fixed. This time I moved it back to your User space but if you persist, the page might just be deleted as it is unsuitable for main space.
If you have questions, please bring them to the Teahouse where experienced editors can offer you support and advice. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 05:18, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the insights. This is duly noted. Sharon Ng'ang'a (talk) 05:29, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Liz, I hope you are well.

Hola @Sharon Ng'ang'a which page are you referring to exactly? I think to submit to Articles for Creation your article needs to be titled Draft:Title. Cleo Cooper (talk) 18:00, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
