Hi. It's pretty obvious you were the same person behind the now-blocked account User talk:Sir Dougie Parrella. I suppose I could block you for socking, but I'm kind of hoping that this time around you will edit in the best interest of our beautiful project. Thank you. Categories

[edit]

Hello, Sirdougieparrella98,

Please stop creating categories. Right now, all of the categories you have created over the past few days are tagged for deletion so you clearly aren't abiding by Wikipedia guidlines on Categorization. Creating pages that just get deleted wastes the precious time of our volunteers which is the most in-demand commondity on the project. Why don't you start off with working on an article in Draft space or joining a WikiProject? There are hundreds of WikiProjects and I'm sure you can find one on a subject you are interested in.

If you have questions about creating categories or Wikipedia policy on page deletions or anything about editing on the project, please bring them to Wikipedia:Teahouse...it's a friendly place where experienced editors can offer you advice and support. Good luck! And, remember, no more categories until you learn more about Wikipedia's hierarchy of category structure. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 22:57, 16 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
