Here's a few key questions:
- Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
- Do you understand conflict of interest?
- Do you understand that to be considered for an encylopedia article, the subject must be considered to be notable?
You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a subject that you are trying to create an article about, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to break the 3 important questions above.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 18:24, 11 May 2015 (UTC)

The content of the article I have posted for review is clearly strictly informational, neutral/balanced in tone, and non-promotional in nature.

The content of the article I have posted is unbiased, clearly cited, and strictly informational (i.e., non-promotional) in nature.
- Yes, I understand that to be considered for an encylopedia article, the subject must be considered to be notable.
When compared to other published Wikipedia articles of similar nature (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute_for_Materials_Research, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Materials_and_Processes_Research_Institute, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Institute_of_Minerals_and_Materials_Technology, etc.), I believe this subject can and should be considered equally notable.
I am requesting an unblock in order to change my username to comply with your policy requiring me to represent myself as an individual.
