April 2021[edit]

Information icon

Hello StacyCarringtons. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:StacyCarringtons. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=StacyCarringtons|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. TAXIDICAE💰 18:45, 30 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello TAXIDICAE. First of all I would like to express my gratitude for your feedback on my talk page, which although refuses or rather criticizes my contribution on Wikipidea, but still is helpful for improving my input on the same. Nevertheless, I would continue working more so as to meet Wikipidea’s obligations and expectations! Having already introduced myself on my personal page, I’m a digital marketing student, and I’m currently indulged in working on a free-choice end of study thesis, so as to validate my degree. My choice for thesis was favored towards a popular, rising influencer ( https://g.co/kgs/tWeoFE ), who has just marked the beginning of her career, and thus allows me to transcribe through this thesis, the different stages and checkpoints of this latest profession. A profession which is dynamically gaining more and more popularity and importance, defining the dreams of thousands of youngsters today. Therefore, in reference to my study I decided to closely follow and observe Manon Andrieux for a whole year, because being a known influencer, who has been recently revealed in several magazines such as Yahoo Finance, she corresponds ideally to the profile I’m looking for.

Personally, I do not know Manon Andrieux, neither have I ever had any word with her. On that note I haven’t received any remuneration for writing this article. Further, the fact that one could get paid on Wikipidea is also something I’m unaware of! This is my very first article, and I’ve put in my earnest efforts but undeniably I don’t consider it to be the perfect one ; so there’s nothing for me to brag about. However, I hope to gather some good, insightful advice from you so as to improve this in the right direction and subsequently add something of value and knowledge to my graduation thesis.
